Returns Policy for HoodsNstuff – Customised Merchandise

At HoodsNstuff, we take pride in creating unique, customised merchandise tailored to your specifications. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures, in accordance with UK trading standards regulations.

1. General Policy

As our products are personalised and made to order, they are generally non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrectly made. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order with HoodsNstuff.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your customised item from HoodsNstuff arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with your consumer rights.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that HoodsNstuff sends the wrong item or misses an item, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will rectify the mistake promptly at no cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, HoodsNstuff cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Items that do not match the specifications provided at checkout (please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order to HoodsNstuff)

5. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order with HoodsNstuff within 14 days of placing it, provided the item has not been personalised or made. Once production has started on a personalised item, cancellation is not possible unless faulty.

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item to HoodsNstuff, please contact us on our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
